All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products; specifications may vary slightly.

Disclaimer
The information provided relating to the product specification and colours is at the time of publication accurate. We and our suppliers continually improve product ranges. The written specification may not reflect these enhancements. We aim to update specifications as soon as it is practical to do so. We reserve the right to amend our prices and specifications without further notice. Colours may vary from those shown.

Delivery
All deliveries to UK mainland by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 10 working days from date of order. We are unable to dispatch any orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. Any claims for shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Return of goods
If you wish to return goods for any reason please email us immediately. Goods returned in an unused condition, within 28 days, will be refunded. Clothing can be returned for refund providing it has not been worn. If you would like a different item from the one you ordered then return the unwanted goods to us for a refund and replace your order online.

Payment is by credit/debit card basis via our website. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. In the event that your delivery address is different to the card address the card holder will be contacted to confirm the order.
Overseas orders may be subject to a Name & Address Credit Card check prior to processing.
