All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products; specifications may vary slightly.

Disclaimer
The information provided relating to the product specification and colours is at the time of publication accurate. We and our suppliers continually improve product ranges. The written specification may not reflect these enhancements. We aim to update specifications as soon as it is practical to do so. We reserve the right to amend our prices and specifications without further notice. Colours may vary from those shown.

Delivery
All deliveries to UK mainland by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 10 working days from date of order. We are unable to dispatch any orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. Any claims for shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Return of goods
If you wish to return goods for any reason please email us immediately. Goods returned in an unused condition, within 28 days, will be refunded. Clothing can be returned for refund providing it has not been worn. If you would like a different item from the one you ordered then return the unwanted goods to us for a refund and replace your order online.

Payment
Payment is by credit/debit card basis via our website. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. In the event that your delivery address is different to the card address the card holder will be contacted to confirm the order.
Overseas orders may be subject to a Name & Address Credit Card check prior to processing.

T-Shirts Sizes

Our t-shirts use the following sizing guidelines:

T-Shirt Quality

Men’s T-Shirts - We use high quality Slazenger shirts. They are made from 100% ring spun cotton. They are tubular knit, with a rib knit collar (with Lycra) and shoulder-to-shoulder tape. The t-shirts feel good quality to the touch and have a good weighty feel.

Ladies T-Shirts - We use high quality Bella fashion shirts. They are made from 100% pre-shrunk, ring spun cotton. Baby rib capped sleeve and super soft baby rib knit fabric. Contoured fit.

Postage & Packing Charges

We charge postage & packing per order based on the following quantities of shirts ordered:

International Orders

International orders are all sent by Air Mail.
If you live outside the UK, delivery time may vary. It can take up to 4 weeks for you to receive your order.

Looking After Your T-Shirts

Although 100% cotton t-shirts are usually pre-shrunk, they still tend to shrink a little, particularly if washed and dried at hot temperatures. We recommend you wash it at a cooler temperature (no more than 40 degrees Celcius) to make it last longer. To protect the design further, it’s also worth turning the t-shirt inside out.

Bonkers T-Shirts can be tumble dried, but please be aware this may quicken the aging process of your t-shirt. We recommend you hang it out to dry naturally instead.

When ironing your t-shirt, we recommend you turn it inside-out first. DO NOT iron the print as it will melt and smudge and ruin your nice t-shirt. Use a low or medium setting on your iron.

Delivering Your Bonkers T-Shirt

Made To Order Shirts

Most t-shirts in our catalogue are made-to-order. This means the delivery time will be anything from 5-10 working days (UK only. See below for international orders). We are usually able to dispatch orders sooner, but please allow 10 working days to receive yours.

Stocked T-Shirts

If you are ordering Stocked T-Shirts, items are normally dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail (Packet).
International orders are all sent by Air Mail. If you live outside the UK, delivery time may vary. It can take up to 4 weeks for you to receive your order.

If a t-shirt is out of stock we will re-print that design as quickly as possible and get your order sent out to you.
We silk screen print our Stocked t-shirts which is why re-prints take a while.
Our Made-To-Order t-shirts are made using a high quality vinyl transfer print.

Get information about our Postage & Packing Charges.

We recommend there is someone at the delivery address to receive the order, as it may not fit through your letterbox and you would have to collect from your local Post Office or sorting office.

We remind you it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct full address and postcode. If you have provided us with a incomplete or wrong address and your order is returned to us, we may charge you to to resend your order. To avoid this happening please provide the full address which includes door number (or house name), street name, city and postcode. If you have made an error before we have sent the order please contact us as soon as possible.

How To Order Bonkers T-Shirts

Sizing
Check the Size Chart (on the product page) and then add the required size t-shirt to your shopping basket.

Payment
We use a Paypal shopping cart to accept payment. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay using Paypal - just click the link when you get to the Paypal Checkout page, that says, “Don’t have a PayPal account?”
All credit card information is controlled by Paypal - we have no access to your card information, so you can be sure that your details are safe and secure.

Currencies
We are a UK based website, all T-Shirts are advertised and sold in UK Pounds Sterling. You may have access to different currencies when paying via Paypal, depending on your location and account.
Please note we do not take responsibility for any currency conversions, we sell only in Pounds Sterling at a set price which is advertised.

Ordering as a gift?
You can specify a different delivery address, when ordering, in the Paypal checkout screens.

How To Return Your Bonkers T-Shirt

If you need to return a t-shirt, our address is:

Please include the following information when making a return:
- Your name and address.
- A copy of your order receipt.

If you require a different size t-shirt, please include a note with the size required and your return address.
We reserve the right to charge an additional postage fee for re-sending orders.

It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition. When sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Refunds
If you would prefer a refund please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be able to process a refund for you. The shirt should be in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed) with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
Postage is non-refundable unless you are returning the shirt because of a manufacture fault.

You must return the item within 28 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted after the 28 days of receipt have expired.
